An icon of an epiphany when one
beholds the melding of two disparate elements into a single gasping moment.

The painting is layers of several shades
and hues of blue and green with
luxuriant veils of gold and silver rising
and falling. 

The painting opens and closes
its luminosity depending on the light
and the position of the viewer.
